Our Interim Community Manager, Josh Guix, is on-site during the week, located in the Management Office off the main lobby. Superintendent Will DeJesus is located next to the package room.
However, residents should remember that the Community Manager is not restricted to the building office and may frequently be in other parts of the building, attending off-site meetings, seminars, or working remotely. The Community Manager does not only work during “business hours.”
Will is also frequently in another part of the building taking care of maintaining our complex systems. While residents are free to “drop in” during normal business hours open, it is best to make an appointment to ensure that the Community Manager or Superintendent will be available at that time.
Office hours are posted outside the office. M:10am-6pm T-Th:9am-5pm and F: 7:30am-3:30pm.
